Brendan Manning (LLM)
Brendan Manning is the Director of Manning Lawyers. He obtained a Masters degree in Commercial Law in 2002 and has over 20 years’ experience in private practice. Brendan has practised in many areas of law, especially litigation and negotiation. His litigation practice includes family law and relationship law, and he also acts in matters arising from contractual disputes, unrecovered debts, employment disputes, criminal law, traffic infringements and apprehended violence orders (ADVOs). He also provides legal services such as wills and powers of attorney.
