Brendan Manning and Samantha Lewis have extensive experience with regard to all criminal matters including ADVOs and traffic matters. Samantha has practised in criminal law for a number of years, including volunteer advocacy for the disabled. Both Brendan and Samantha represent clients at court, instructing a barrister to appear when necessary. Brendan and Samantha have long-term associations with barristers who specialise in criminal matters and ADVOs, when their services are needed.
Brendan is a former police prosecutor who regularly appears as an advocate (barrister) in defended hearings in the Local Court in criminal matters, traffic matters and ADVOs. Samantha also drafts representations to the police seeking to have criminal charges and Apprehended Domestic Violence Orders (ADVOs) withdrawn without the necessity of a court hearing.
